Default Pros and cons of this milde weather

Still picking outdoor toms, courgettes and runner beans, definitely pros.
Annuals in tubs and baskets tatty, but geraniums and fuchsias still
blooming. Problem there, by now I have normally put them to bed for the
Winter, and replanted with Winter/spring plants. Can I still pot off
the geraniums and fuchsias and put them in the garage to survive for
next year?
TIA
