Seed germination
The following is in response to a previous posting.
Vaccinium macrocarpon (American Cranberry)....fresh seeds will germinate but with a very low germinating rate....a one month of cold stratification will increase the rate but for max. germination give a three month cold stratification. The above taken from: The Reference Manual of Woody Plant Propagation by Michael A. Dirr and Charles W. Heuser. |
