Bach's flowers and stress?
Has any one had any experience of using Bach's flowers in order to combat
the effects of stress? Any information about Bach's health benefits would be welcome. Thanks, Aled Evans www.healthmagnet.ik.com www.letsescape.co.uk |

Thanks, Aled Evans If you mean the Bach flower essence rememdies, there are several books available- I think the best ones are by Mechtild Scheffer. If you've never tried them, Bach Rescue Remedy is a good one for stress, it contains six different essences. If you meant something different, sorry! -- VX (remove alcohol for email) |

Bach's flowers and stress?
