Default Bach's flowers and stress?

Has any one had any experience of using Bach's flowers in order to combat
the effects of stress?
Any information about Bach's health benefits would be welcome.

Thanks,

If you mean the Bach flower essence rememdies, there are several books
available- I think the best ones are by Mechtild Scheffer. If you've never
tried them, Bach Rescue Remedy is a good one for stress, it contains six
different essences. If you meant something different, sorry!

Took the word outta my mouth, concerto in c minor for two pianos and
that's me done. I'm trying to find a Biber sonata VII in c. It's
achingly beautiful. There I usually cry.
