Default Late Winter care of Eccremocarpus scaber?

I sowed seed for this last year near a wall. It grew rather slowly and
has flowered at least once a month since October. The frosts have done a
little damage but most of it looks OK.

I know these are supposed to be half-hardy and be dead by now. So, does
anybody know how I should treat it?

Thanks!
