Default Crug Never say Never

Never Say 'Never!' . mainly due to not fitting into our annual collecting
routine we have not previously been able to offer a mail order service.
This
has changed for several reasons

http://www.crug-farm.co.uk/plants.htm

This decision will cost me --serious money :-) / :-(

Rupert. My middle name is dinosaur - if you walk on my tail, it will
take a long time to reach my brain. What's going on, what's happening
to you? You sound all agitated!

" this would then be returned with prices
and availability. Sorry we will not accept orders by post or
telephone, or payment by cheque. Payment would be by credit/debit
card."

Rupert should take a look at how Plants of Distinction does it. They
accept cheques containing the words PAY NOT MORE THAN estimated
price & the window for the actual amount is filled in by PofD
themselves.
This avoids the time needed to make refunds when seeds are not
available.

No the point is that THE Crug are now doing Mail order , which is a
breakthrough. Some really beautiful and rare stuff sent to your door.
Until recently they had vowed that mail order was not on.
Given them a chance on the primeval way of ordering-they are looking for
someone to help out and develop the mail order system. Any offers?
