Default Fusarium Wilt on Runner Beans

Does any one know of a cure for Fusaruim Wilt on Runner Beans.
According to my local seed & horticultural supplier (Badsey Growers,
Evesham), I have got it in my soil. They say only way to get rid is to
have expensive sterilisation treatment.

I have to grow my beans in the same place every year, (only tiny veggie
patch). Each year they start oK and then gradually the leaves yellow,
wilt and then the whole stalk dies back.

Every year I try a new strategy, (Black poly on ground and grow in
Growbags, sterilise soil with Jeyes Fluid, grow in large pots etc etc).

Every year the same despite soaking canes, tools and every thing in
Jeyes.

I will have to give up growing my runners if I cannot find an answer.
