Default Getting rid of those aches & pains

Forgive me if this is off topic but I'm sure that all of you who have
slogged away this weekend welcome a hot bath to ease the aches & pains.
We have gone one better - having been persuaded to part with the cash by the
missus.
When we refurbished our bathroom we had a steam shower installed.
Yes I thought, another 5 minute wonder.
But no, it is used by all the family & is fantastic for aching bones &
muscles to be steamed at 45C (slow bake).
I can recommend it )
