Old wisdom was those children's windmills with the stick stuck in the
ground, the vibrations are supposed to frighten them away.
Another was pouring Caster Oil into their tunnels but I don't think that has
MAFF approval. :-)
Bringing it up to date, I've also seen electronic Mole repellers in the GCs.

I remember reading that moles loathe musical greetings cards. If you can
still find them, buy a few and cut them down to the player inside, leaving
some of the fold. Insert the cut down cards with the players into the mole
runs, opening them so that they play continuously.
It is important to choose cards with tunes that will not annoy you,
but will greatly annoy your moles. Best of luck!
