Default Bokashi composting

Anyone tried Bokashi? How does it compare to worms?

Default Bokashi composting

The advantage of Bokashi is that you can compost items that can't be
composted normally - like meat.
For me it is part of the whole rather than just the one composter,
which is how I think it is best to look at it
