Default Early bird

Out in the garden at 6.30 a.m.Worked until 7.30,
it's the best time, then in for breakfast. After that I just flopped.
This heat is enervating, still I raked over a patch
for squashes, went round the borders with the hoe,
and planted out cosmos and godetias, then went round with
the hose and gave everything a good dousing.
Probably sleep late tomorrow.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
