Tuberous begonia problems?

Hi
A neighbour of mine has asked for help on her pot grown Begonias.
She has grown them for years only this year she has the leaves going grey
like a mildew.
Is this what it is and how is it cured.
Will the tuber still be ok?
Any help most appreciated
