Well at least it's on topic :~)

Now, I was going through my cassell's encyclopedia last night as one
does, and fell upon the Rue. It's pretty and looks gorgeous amongst old
roses and tulips. Plant Rue in spring preferably, it will need plenty
of water the first year. After it will tolerate very dry conditions. Me
think therefore in a pot would be ideal ) Also cuttings from the tips
in the autumn can be done, plant them in sandy mixture and should
flower the second year. Now, I thought, what about putting some bulbs
with it for the OP's patio?
