New turf
Hi there,
I've just had a new lawn laid with cultivated turf. They seem to have made a very good job and I want to keep it good - any useful tips please? Thanks for any replies, Aileen |

And try to let the grass grow befor you cut it, and when you do cut the lawn for the first and second time, try puting your lawnmower at about 3 inch cut... When you water! it's in the morning or after supper when the sun is going down. But never in the afternoon. Gardening friend Stephane Quebec Aileen Howard a écrit dans le message : ... New turf
I should have said that I am a newbie to this group. I enjoy gardening in Notts (much colder and mainly cloudy today) but rather bumble my way through. I have been gardening for years but I still bumble my way through :-) welcome kate |
