Default Secret Garden needs saving !!!

Maybe slightly off-topic but is this the sign of the times ??

I personally new the old lady who lived in the bungalow and she was
one of the most keenest gardeners imaginable. An amazingly beautiful
flowering Wisteria now covers her derelict bungalow...it is so sad
that her legacy may not be able to remain. All now in the hands of the
local council.
All the conservationists and gardeners in High Wycombe echo the
sentiments of the locals. (

Wycombe DC planning online - ref : 07/05536/FUL

Sorry if I posted inappropriately, but only a gardener /plant lover
could imagine the barbaric consquences on so many trees and carefully
planted shrubs in the "secret garden."

apologies and thanks,

Uncle-C
