Wanted another climber for the pergola. After much discussion with nursery
lady, came away with a Clematis Armandii. Evergreen, early flowerer, so no
cutting back, except for dead wood. When I unravelled it from it's
neighbours, it is already just over 6ft.!! It's a tad spindly, but for
£13.99, I thought it was ok. Now planted in V large pot with plenty of
Growmore.
