In this discussion there are some reports about auto-wattering from
water butts using timer. But I did not find exact type which work
or does not work.
I have water butts 1 meter above land - it is 0,1 bar pressure.

Please, have somebody type:

You would need 1 bar pressure to make a timer work with a water butt.
Your best bet would be to drop a submersible pump into the butt (eg
Hozelock Water Butt Pump) and put a plug timer on the power point so
that the pump comes on at the required times. Your drip system (my
assumption) would be connected to the pump.

If your drippers are not of the pressure-compensating type then you
will also need to install an air gap to prevent siphoning from the
pump. Easily done with a length of 4mm micro hose T-joined to the
supply hose at its highest point above the max water level in the butt.

i need
regulate watering using timer.
However in my garden there is not power line for pump.

Is there somebody with timer and pressure 0,1 bar? Which type
do you use?

No - you have zero chance of getting a timer to work at that pressure.

I am using a wall mounted 100l water butt with a Hozelock AC4 and a
watering system comprised of B&Q patio and pot dripper system to water
my smallish decking & beds back garden.

It works a treat! The valve is not pressure dependant, working right
down to the last dregs of the butt. It utilises a motorised valve that
opens up to the full diameter of the outlet.

Why I have zero chance?

Because that product uses a solenoid valve which will only work with
very clean water. For use in a water butt, you will need a timer with a
gear driven ball valve which won't self-destruct on the impurities in
the water. The disadvantage with the latter is that its minimum
pressure requirement is officially 0.5 bar. It's possible to get them
to work with a butt which has been raised on high to increase the
pressure but the likelihood is that there would be some leakage at
below 0.5 bar since the valve won't shut off completely.

Someone in this thread has reported good results with a Hozelock (gear
driven ball valve) timer used with a raised water butt; if you feel
lucky too, you could give it a go but watch out for small leaks when
the valve doesn't fully close.
