Default Cats peeing - help please

I've just moved into my first place with a garden. And I have a problem with cats peeing in my flower beds. I don't want to stop them doing it - they're my cats, and if they're peeing in my garden they aren't doing it in someone else's.

But all this pee is killing my plants - I was just wondering if there is anything I can put on the beds that would neutralise the effect of the pee??

Any ideas??
