Default Earthing up pots

My wife's plan to grow potatoes in a bucket seem to be going rather too
well. She's using storage boxes with the bottom knocked out. So far the
tallest stack is five boxes high! Should she stop there or keep going? I've
had a request to hammer in some support poles to stop the lot falling over.
