Default Is citrus feed necessary

Does "citrus food" have something in it which makes it better than tomato
food?

Read the labels. They should both give Nitrogen-Phosphorus-Potassium
(NPK) contents. The tomato feed will have a fairly high potash (K)
value to encourage fruiting, but I don't know about the citrus feed.
