This may help with the regulations on horse manure - try the Surrey County
Council website for more information at

http://www.surreycc.gov.uk/sccwebsite/scc

or to go directly to the page try

..

http://www.surreycc.gov.uk/sccwebsit...e?opendocument

or Google and type in the words:-

"Horse manure" regulations

This is by far much quicker than typing in any of the addresses as this
website was the first on the Google list - at least it was in my case!

We use a great deal of manure throughout the year on our allotments, as do
many other local allotments, but there is still much more to be got rid of
(according to the horse owners we talk to) than even we can take so most is
dumped, at a price to the horse owner (where it's dumped, I don't know)

..

Best of luck with any scheme, however!

Hope this helps!

Regards,

John

These are my thoughts and why I am interested in whatever scheme is put
together to meet problem A) Getting rid of the stuff and problem B) Getting
the stuff to the gardener.

Something people fail to realise, is the Horse Muck comes 24/7/365 :-) or
:-( depending on your situation

Thanks for the site it covers pretty much everything.

"On average, a 455kg (1000lb) horse generates 9 tonnes of manure each
year!"

WOW!

Since you produce most of the bullshit in "these" groups try earning
something from that.

Sounds like a goldmine to me. Perhaps it's something the now extinct
milkman could have done on his rounds.

Ah, so you are not going to do anything. As I suspected.

I'll have to have a chat with Pat to see if he can sort out the
transport,

Dockers do the loading and unloading, not the transport.

and Webster to rent the land!

I doubt anyone on these groups would rent you anything, unless the money
was all up front and there was no danger of you leaving them with a problem.

Pete who?

Surprised you even know how to spell it considering you and your
family of old soaks have been poncing off the state for the last 80
years.

You are one of the reasons I hate paying taxes.

Pat knows lots and lots of people from all walks in his successful
life. Unlike your narrow minded circle of inbred relatives who don't
get to see much daylight.

PRAYER FOR A NATION

When Pastor Joe Wright, of Central Christian Church, was asked
to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting
the usual politically correct generalities.
But what they heard instead was this:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to ask Your forgiveness
and seek your direction and guidance.
We know Your Word says,
‘Woe on those who call evil good,’ but that’s exactly what we have done.
We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and inverted our values.

We confess that:

We have ridiculed the absolute truth of Your Word and called it pluralism;

We have, worshipped other gods and called it multiculturalism;

We have endorsed perversion and called it an alternative lifestyle;

We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery;

We have neglected the needy and called it self-preservation;

We have killed our unborn and called it choice;

We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self-esteem;

We have abused power and called it political savvy;

We have coveted our neighbour’s possessions and called it ambition;

We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression;

We have ridiculed the time-honoured values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

Search us, 0 God, and know our hearts today; try us and see if there be some wicked way in us;
cleanse us from every sin and set us free. Guide and bless these men and women who have
been sent here by the people of Kansas, and who have been ordained by You, to govern this great state.

Grant them Your wisdom to rule and may their decisions direct us to the centre of Your will. I ask it in the name of Your Son, the Living Saviour, Jesus Christ. Amen.”
