Default Anyone know this plant?

Ray thinks this is some form of Impatiens but which? It has the spur at the
back and the leaves are oval and slightly serrated. The flowers are a deep
coral colour. I'm sorry the photo is so poor but it was sent to us in the
post and arrived looking rather sad!

I am going to give you a gold star! I'm sure that's it, David. When Ray
extracted it from the envelope I said "it's a balsam", so I'm going to give
myself half a gold star. ;-)) Apparently this lady was given it by a
neighbour who had grown it from seed but didn't know what it was. Many,
many thanks, David.
