There's a new free website showing real time rainfall across the UK -
www.raintoday.co.uk You can search by postcode or location, and zoom in
to street level.

Waste of time :-((

Only tells you what you already know and have got a soaking.

A Pine Cone is just as good. If it's wet, it's been raining or is raining.

Not a waste of time at all, with google I can see where the rain clouds
are, see the the direction they are coming and pre-empt the rain,

Very useful for a nursery if rain has been forecast but is either moving
away or about to appear a lot more quickly than expected.
