Blueberry
Two years ago I planted three different varieties of blueberry in large tubs.
Two have done fine, one fruiting very well. The third, bluecrop, has not. All summer it looks as though leaf buds have tried to burst, but have not managed it. Ericaceous compost was used, and they have been well watered - usually rainwater. Can any member kindly advise what had gone wrong? Mervyn |

Can any member kindly advise what had gone wrong? Might be vine weevil. Carefully remove blueberry and rootball on to large sheet of polythene. Tease and wash out the compost. If there are little white grubs in it, destroy them with extreme prejudice! -- Rusty Direct reply to: horrid dot squeak snailything zetnet point co period uk Separator in search of a sig |
