Default Canadiian Fleabane

I got a weed in my garden that I'd never seen before That's what it is,
Canadian Fleabane. I've never seen it here before, I'm inclined to pull it
up.
Should I?

It seems to be spreading round here. I first knowingly saw it a couple
of years ago, but I'm now seeing it in multiple locations.

It doesn't strike me as a plant that you'd want to keep.

Unless you have an infestation of Canadian fleas, I suppose.
