Default New to me plants

I was in Wyvale last week and saw 2 shrubs that caught my eye.

The first was a greay, small flowered Magnolia, Fairy Magnolia
michelia Hybrid, small leaves (for a magnolia).
The label says ideal for hedging, but at £39.99 each I have my doubts
as to who can afford such a hedge, Good pictures of Fairy Magnolia on
google.

The second was Calycanthus floridus Large pots and plants around 4ft +
tall £24.95 each

For some reason I didn't but either.
