Does anyone use a Billy Goat? The noisy machine not the smelly animal!

I have a push along model which I am finding hard work on our drive,
downhill is no problem its coming back up that the issue:-)

I have found a self propelled one for sale at a reasonable price but its one
of the earlier front wheel drive ones. I don't see that front wheel drive
would be that much help as with a full bag there is no weight on the front
wheels of mine. Have any of you used one?
