The Start of a week of recording and also extra programmes on the red
button!!

The two presenters with AT last night were good, Carol her usual self
with wellington boots and the other man whose name i can't remember, but
I see we have the dreaded non gardening woman again during the week.
Either she is told to ask the most mind numbing questions or she does it
herself. ...............

What did you think of the 7 storey garden with a "gentleman's clubhouse"
on the 6th floor? Shades of Grace brothers and ground floor shrubbery,
fernery and pond, second floor vegetables, shower and a maze Not
forgetting the flume ride back to earth.

Oh Janet I do agree with you about the "non gardening woman". She
always has to do flower arrangements and doesn't even know the names
of the flowers. I scream at her every year. Why can't we have Rachel
de Thame or someone who does know her plants. Hopefully she's only on
at lunchtime.

They say that Diarmuid's scaffolding garden shows that you don't need
acres of land to have a garden. I dread to think what my neighbours
would say if I put that up on my pocket handkerchief!!! Especially as
it has a shower incorporated!
I like what I've seen of some of the gardens but by the end of the
week we'll be tired of seeing the same shots of the same gardens.
