Default nesting begins

When I brushed the dog the other day I put her hair out on the
bare hawthorn hedge for the birds and it's been taken.

Out in the field, the crows are gently tugging great beakfuls of wool
from the sheep and flying off with it. The sheep don't appear to notice,
or mind.

Janet.
