Onions
Just bought 80 onion sets from B&Q for ten pence!! I know it's a bit late - but worth a try. Comments on whether they will be? On the instructions it says that they should not be planted where onions have previously been planted in the last two years. Anyone explain why please? |

Probably won't grow large but should get usable, let us know IDC. Can't explain the 2 years as White Rot, the main onion disease here, stays in the ground for much longer than that. -- Regards Bob Hobden Posting to this Newsgroup from the W.of London. UK |
