Fencing question!

I think its resin too, if its bothering you sand back the affected area use knotting (white knotting is best for water based overcoats) then repaint, its unlikely to be 100% but will be less than at present -- Charlie Pridham Gardening in Cornwall www.roselandhouse.co.uk |
