Do you sow them in drills in garden, or in seed trays? When is best time to
sow?

Info filched from T&M's site

Sow in late spring/early summer outdoors in a well prepared seed bed.
Sow the seeds very thinly 1.5mm (1/16in) deep in drills 30cm (12in)
apart. Keep the soil damp until germination takes place.

Growing Instructions:
Transplant the seedlings when large enough to handle 15-23cm (6-9in)
apart. Then transplant 30-38cm (12-15in) into the flowering site in
the autumn for flowering the following year. They will grow in most
soils in sun or part shade.

Jenny

PS Thanks for reminding me to plant some soon........:~))

Either. I use a seed tray and space the seed because you seem to get close
to 100% germination.
