Default Tadpoles eating fish in pond???

What do people do when the fish start to breed?
My pond was well under-stocked with goldfish when I set it up but
they've been breeding for the last 3 years.
Quite a few have grown to about 5 inches and so far this year I've seen
a dozen or more babies.

Thanks,
