www.seedfest.co.uk are quite good, based in Scotland, although you don't get many seeds for the money.

www.seedsofitaly.co.uk also sell quite a few varieties, and they all grow well in the UK.

It's the same site, but without the annoying banner.

It's part of Suttons Seeds. Go to the Suttons site and click on tomatoes.
All ours arrived recently.
