Last year my spinach was plagued with spinach leaf miner, and so was
inedible (I don't like eating creepy-crawlies which is why I'm not on "I'm a
Celebrity Get Me Out of Here" - that and I'm not a celebrity!).

Anyhoo, I'll be trying again this year (I love spinach) so does anyone have
any tips on how to avoid spinach leaf miners?
