Black and decker do plenty and they are ok .......however the longer bladed
ones are not easy to handle
Much depends on the height of your hedge

I have a Black & Decker with the longer blade. And as a previous poster here
says, they can be heavy and difficult to handle. However, I can get the job
done in half the time. If you are physically fit and have normal movement
and full use of your limbs you should be fine.

Paul.

I bought the lightest B&D model I could find- tho the blade is shorter
I am able to use it one handed to reach as necessary.
