Council compost
I have bought seven bags of composted garden waste, produced by my
Local Council, at £2.50 per 50 litre (or is it 40 litre?) bag. The stuff is very dark in colour. It has a fine and reasonably even texture. It is beautifully friable and smells earthy. I have started using it as a mulch. Does any urgler have any experience of similarly produced compost? If so, would he/she care to share her/his experience? Franz |
