Many of them, yes. Some even for this year. Which ones are you

Depends on conditions, but it should work out ok. With some of them,
though, you'll find that sowing next spring gives no worse results,
and probably neater bushier plants. The days are getting shorter now,
and plants notice before we do. But it doesn't matter if you find you
want to replace some plants with next year's sowing, so I'd just do
it: this way you'll probably have some fresh herbs rather earlier.
