Duo Fan Pear?

Hi All,
I'd love to grow a pear tree in my garden, but I have a few problems:
Very small garden
No other pears nearby

So I was wondering, could I buy a espalier fan pear that has two compatible
(cross pollinating) pear varieties on a dwarf rootstock? If so, where from?
It would grow up my south facing fence...
