Default Dahlias and Cannas at Wisley

Having got an RHS membership for my birthday, I went to Wisley for the first time
on Saturday....Wow! Very impressive.

We made it down to the trail beds, where there are apparently something like
150 different types of Canna being tested, some of which are about 8-10ft high,
which is a bit silly - there's flowers up there somewhere! There are also
Dahlias in abundance, all in flower, but those pom pom ones, not my cup of tea.

Anyway, big thumbs up for Wisley.

Ian.
