Default Potatoes

Many thanks to everyone who answered my plea. I think the main problem was
probably growing the wrong varieties.

Well you live and learn!!
Thanks all of you

Well, thank you Vincent, for your thanks. But I would like to know what
you will do with the potatoes you now have. Will you boil them? Boil them
slowly? Chip them? What?
Or you could try this...cut into chunks put them on a tray with butter
on it and bake them. Turn them over so all sides get brown...season to
taste...maybe you haven't grown the wrong potatoes but instead had the wrong
recipe!
Cheers,
