Support your local urban fox. It eats rodents, slugs, small mamals. Good for the garden.

Not only does this asset keep the garden clear of slugs it also keeps the rodent population down. It feeds on mice, rats and other small mamals. It will also eat road kills and any discarded food like pizzas thrown away by the local drunk. Will Vulpes Vulpes evolve to eat discarded carrier bags, soft drink cans, burger-boxes and shards of glass? Now _that_ would be an animal useful in town and countryside! Mike |

Take time to visit the above web site. It would help if you could also put dog food out for it during in-clement weather. Joe Also great at ripping bins to bits and spreading there contents in the road. attacking the family pet cat (happened to mine) and s***ing in the driveway and lawn where kids play. |

Joe If you live near farmland, also the fox will quite happily try and find its way to any hens and kill them all. Which tends to be why some farmers kill them. Which do you prefer to have around? A live fox and dead poultry? Or live poultry and dead fox? Martin |
