White mold on the new turf?
Hi,
About a moth ago I hade new turf /Rolawn medallion/ laid in the garden. Recently I noticed something which looks like a white mould appearing in many places all over the lawn. Could not find any answers in my local garden centre or book I have. The soil was well prepared and aerated by a professional /unfortunately he is no holiday in New Zealand/ What could it be? Is it dangerous to the new turf? Would be grateful for any suggestions. Thanks in advance Rafal |

Take a look and see if it is growing on the surface of the grass without seeming to damage it, or is is growing in the grass shoots and seems to be damaging them. If the former, it will be a slime mould, and may be ignored. Regards, Nick Maclaren. |
