Default Hunting down - shooting to go

So, hunting with dogs is banned, but it's OK to deliberately chase the
quarry with hounds as long as the intention is that the animal is going to
be shot to death as opposed to savaged to death. So, hunting hasn't banned
after all, it has been altered. Does similar apply to England and Wales,
too?

Hopefully yes.

Even more hopefully NO, but the *******s will find a way round it if they

can. It's like being stopped for speeding and then claiming you were only
helping the engine cool down more efficiently!
