Default Cheese Plant

Any idea what I am doing wrong to my cheese plant? It is obviously unhappy,
The top leaves are glossy but the lower leaves look sick, see

It is a north facing porch which I keep slightly heated.

You may be underwatering it. Mine drinks like a fish but the lower leaves
do look poor when I go through periods of failing to keep up.

Too cold?
Draughty?
Too wet?
Too dry?

Maybe you can figure out which one applies......

The bottom leaf with the crispy edge looks like one on my cheeseplant which
touched a radiator - Is your heat source near the plant?
