Default Spotty Begonias

Normally Begonias grow fine, but this year all of my Begonias are getting
white and brown spots on the leaves and the stem to the leaf is growing some
kind of fur.

The plant then dies.

Any ideas how to save the rest of my begonias?

Thanks
