Default Tree toppers needed for missions work in Phillipines.

Trying to locate some tree fellers with skills to top and fell from the top
down some very tall mahogany and accacia trees growing very close to village
dwellings in North Central Phillipine jungles. Problem is trees can't be
dropped from the butt without crushing the houses. Village is poor and it
needs to be done by some good hearted and capable people willing to treat it
as a mission project. Some of their expenses could be covered by church
donations.

Other snag is that it needs to be done in April; not sure why the deadline,
but can find out. Any idea how to find such people would be appreciated
