Default Orchids looking 'orrible

Hi,

Wondering if someone can advise what I should do with my sad orchid patch.
I'm in Melbourne's east - Dandenong foothills and the patch is about 1 x 3
m. After flowering I cut back the dead stems, but now all the leaves are
turning a nasty brown.

I'm not sure if this is just an extreme heat condition? I'd be glad to hear
what anyone has to say.

Thanks
Jason
