Default Kitchen water

If I divert the waste kitchen water to be used for irrigation of
my garden. As this water contains high level of soap
(more alkaline ). I would like to ask what are the people
doing to fix this problem without adding Acid source in a trial to
neutralise this alkalinity?
Who Knows?
Thanks.
