Help: Pruning advice needed for fruit trees

We moved to Melbourne a year ago and we have an apple, nectarine & peach
tree.

I've read that the nectarine & peach trees should be vigorously pruned. I'd
appreciate any links to a good pruning FAQ - preferably with diagrams.

Any other advice on pruning fruit trees would be appreciated
