[IBC] Interesting new book
Hi everyone i just got back from barnes and noble and
as always i ended up in the bonsai/gardening section. I came a cross a new book which just came out. Its by Su Chin Ee and called Creating Bonsai Landscapes. While it doesn't go as in depth into planting as some other landscape books ive read its definitely worth taking a look at. Her plantings have allot of personality in them and she goes step by step through the process she took to create both the rocks and the landscapes. Colin Lewis wrote the forward for it. New Book
I understand that Jerry Meislik's book on Ficus is geared towards people in
northern climates such as ours, and from what people say it's outstanding Yes, it is. Except for perpetuating the myth about humidity trays. Iris, Central NY, Zone 5a, Sunset Zone 40 "If we see light at the end of the tunnel, It's the light of the oncoming train." Robert Lowell (1917-1977) |
